Why can not I get fed up?

Questions

Dear Network Doctor

I am writing in response to my overeating. I just can not get bored. What should I do so get bored? Just after I have eaten something I eat again. I want to eat healthy. When I eat sweet I can not control myself. It ends up throwing it all over again. My problem is that I'm not getting tired. Thinking about food all the time. When I think of food all the time, it goes beyond my concentration. I really want help. How do I compose my diet plan? After what time do I stop eating? What time do I have to eat my breakfast?

Sincerely, a Question

Dear Questions

When compiling a diet plan, it is important to ensure that the content of your meals is healthy and saturating. I would suggest eating breakfast, dinner and dinner at regular time points every day. Your meals must be composed so that there is a high content of carbohydrates with a low glycemic index, that is, carbohydrates that cause your blood sugar to rise slowly and without getting very high. It will ensure you a long satire feeling. Low glycemic index carbohydrates are found in fruit and vegetables as well as coarse grain products. In contrast, carbohydrates have a high glycemic index which results in a rapid and sharp increase in blood sugar. It gives a short sense of satiety, and thus quicker a need to eat again. These carbohydrates are found mainly in sugar-containing products, as well as pasta and light grain products.

It is important that you provide a good protein content in the diet and of course keep the amount of fat down as well. You can complement these 3 main meals with snacks as needed. Here, to some extent, you can afford to "fall due" to carbohydrates with high glycemic index, including the sweet cases. However, you describe a relationship with food that in my eyes raises some alarm flags. You often think about food, and it often causes an unhealthy relationship with your diet. Your question makes me think you might be in danger of developing a proper eating disorder, and I think it would be good for you to discuss your diets and diet plans with your own doctor.

Yours sincerely
