Why is my knee broken?

Questions:

Hi Network Doctor.

My right knee has been loosened sideways.

It is not to a degree where it can be felt in general use, but in football matches situations can be locked.

So I've started to put a piece of tape around my knee when I play, which has prevented this, but I also avoid charging it too much sideways.

I have had 4-5 episodes where the knee is broken. This has happened when I have pulled my right foot underneath me as a "half tailoring" when I have sat on the bed, the sofa or the floor.

In what I see, using the outside of the foot to bump into when I get up, the knee is broken.

I have to slowly stretch my leg to make it slip into place.

It feels like the dislocation occurs on the outside / right side of the right knee. When the leg is stretched, the knee is stable.

The problem occurs when the leg is bent.

Thanks

Sincerely. one asks

Dear asks

You have not fully formulated what your question is. But if it is an explanation of the negligence you are looking for, I would like to bid.

When your knee is completely stable on stretched knees, it is not resolved as a rule.

So, the sense of "functional lethargy" you have may be because you either have a knee scale that moves "too far" to the side of your bent knee, thus giving you a sense of lethargy.

Or, you can have a small crack in your meniscus. As a result, there is a small piece of meniscus that can be squeezed. Sometimes such damage can make sense of "unlocking", but sometimes "throat" the thigh bone over the meniscus piece and this may feel loose.

The way you describe your symptoms makes me think most of the latter.

Your doctor or an orthopedic surgeon will help you diagnose

Yours sincerely
